hihi,all the blogger,long time no see,today,i m thinking to post sumthing which is quite important to human,which is about food,hahaha,sound like gud idea,rite??hahahaha,let the time to help us make decision what we should eat in that moment,,enjoy it....
From7-8am(if u can wake up tat early larr)- you must eat breakfast,in the early morning,better you shud do some exercise or yoga,afterwards oni u eat.preferable food,roti campur teh susu.
10am-Grab yourself some keropok,our body has use 20%of the glucose in our brain,grab yourself something which is low fat,like banana,bagel,to increasethe glucose in our brain,so that u can think wisely when u think.
1pm-Eat lunch.in this moment,our body must be tiring;if u eat after 1pm,you might get fat more easily or u will haf more than wat u eat be4 1pm.
2pm-3pm-again.....keropok time,increase glucose in ur brain,this time,u might thinking to get yourself some fruit.
4pm-6pm-do some exercise,in this period our body temperature might get more heated.
5pm-7pm-get yourself dinner,if u eat dinner be4 7pm,this will make a gud digestion in ur stomach,means healthy.If you eat after 7pm,u will nid to eat more so that u wun get hungry at midnight.
7pm-9pm-grab yourself some keropok,cottage cheese,banana,all of these food have tryptophan(can make u sleep sweetly).
so,wat is ur decision???
