I m going to keep fit started today,coz one of my housemate sayed tat he will keep fit wif me,so,who want to exercise,please ask me to accompany u as well,coz i wanna keep fit...
ideal weight=67KG
weight for now=78KG
going to decrease 9KG statred today!!!
my recipe to slimdown:
in the morning i m going to drink 4 glasses of water,then go to coll(if there is any morning class),after class,going to eat my lunch(eat rice,if later will get hungry again,then drink more water,if still hungry,then drink soya,soya can tahan lama),then go home and haf dinner(rice,dun eat mee,coz can gain weight oso)
important!!! NO SUPPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
when we eat,we eat 80% full,then can oledi,if u eat 100% full,sure u will get hungry more faster,tis is my recipe lerr,can let my loyal blogger to see,fat fat fat,say good bye to u,BYE BYE,fat!!
I thk i can slim down before the CNY,CNY,gain weight again coz sure eat many one,then going bek to kk for course training,tat time oso sure fat one,coz sure will being pumped by my mum,haha...
my result sux!!!!3 sub fail,sienz.....eco,legal,structural,three of tis fail,the others,pass,dunno how to resit for tat 3 subject,2 for tis sem,1 for last sem???
or 3 for next sem???
going to start work hard for my assignment,u all will surprised to my result for tis semester,i will work more harder than last sem,tis sem,1 week,oni dota for 4 days,so,the other time,study or online searching,no more learning doing website,concentrate for study 1st...
